Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing installation, service and repair, and will possess excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
● Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
● Oversee the work of plumbing apprentices and helpers, providing guidance and training as needed.
● Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that arise on the job site.
● Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and safety regulations.
● Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
● Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project updates and timelines.

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing installation, service and repair, with leadership experience preferred.
● Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and local building codes.
● Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
