Joe Henry (1) Joe Henry – President
Joe Henry began his career in the trades in 1992, working as an apprentice helper for his father while still in high school and college. He went on to complete a four-year apprenticeship program while working full-time as an installer and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Sacramento State University. Over the years, he advanced into management and, in 2005, became the owner of the company.
With more than 33 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Joe now helps oversee day-to-day operations with his management team. He’s passionate about helping customers and contractors design smart, effective HVAC solutions—and just as committed to fostering the professional and personal growth of his employees.
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, mountain biking, and golfing with his son.

Kaylee has been with Henry Mechanical for 3 years, managing our call center operations while also supporting marketing efforts. She loves camaraderie with her coworkers and the chance to connect with our customers. Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys shopping and spending time with family, friends, and her dog.

Bella has been part of the Henry Mechanical team for 4 years. She supports the Call Center Manager in leading the call center and coordinating our Club Membership program. With a strong background in customer service, spreadsheets, and outbound calling, Bella thrives in a fast-paced environment. She values team culture, enjoys building relationships with customers, and is always eager to learn new skills. Bella is bilingual and loves spending time with her young family and watching her son grow every day.
Maria Zamora Maria Zamora
Maria has been with Henry Mechanical for 2 years. She coordinates the residential install jobs, working closely with both the office team and field technicians to ensure seamless service for our customers. Her favorite part of the job is being part of a supportive and efficient team. Outside of work she loves hanging out with friends and family.

Leo has been with Henry Mechanical for 18 years and brings over 30 years of experience to his role. He specializes in custom homes, exposed ductwork, and commercial HVAC work. Leo takes pride in the long-standing respect he’s earned through his commitment to quality and family values. In his free time, he enjoys saltwater fishing and cheering on his kids at their sporting events.

Ty has been ensuring smooth operations in our solar department for 2 years. His primary focus is delivering an exceptional customer experience that encourages referrals and lasting relationships. Ty has been in the solar industry since 2018, starting as a media manager and working his way through showroom and warehouse management to service and sales. He returned to Sonoma County in 2023 with his wife and two children (soon to be three!) to join Henry Mechanical. Ty appreciates working with a company that values integrity, professionalism, and respect. Outside of work, he enjoys time with God and family, golfing, photography, and fantasy football.

Sara has been a valued member of the Henry Mechanical team for 2 years. She plays a key role in dispatching service, new construction, and sales calls, helping keep operations running smoothly. Her favorite part of working at Henry is the supportive and engaging culture. When she’s off the clock, Sara enjoys spending time with her cats and watching murder documentaries.

With 40 years of experience in the electrical field, Jim recently joined Henry Mechanical as our Electrical Manager. He’s excited to help grow this department and bring his expertise to the team. Jim is enthusiastic about being part of a company focused on quality and growth.

Dave has been with Henry Mechanical for almost 3 years. As an estimator, he also provides project management and technical support to the new construction team. With 37 years of installation and service experience, Dave brings deep expertise, including 9 years in estimating, 12 years in VRF systems, and 15 years in construction management. He holds multiple certifications, including LG, Daikin, and Mitsubishi. Dave enjoys the positive atmosphere and team spirit at Henry. In his personal time, he loves motorcycles, road racing, gardening, cooking, and spending time with his adult children and his dog, Nugget.

Dillon has been with Henry Mechanical since September 2017 and oversees our commercial and custom homes division—managing the chaos with expertise and confidence. With a background in specialty contracting, he values the trust placed in him to make impactful decisions that benefit both our employees and clients. Dillon is a Navy veteran, an avid golfer, and a proud dog dad.

Bailey joined Henry Mechanical a year ago and plays a vital role in booking service calls and coordinating benefits for our Club Members. She enjoys the positive work environment and the supportive company culture. When she’s not at work, Bailey can be found raising her three kids and tending to her growing collection of propagated plants.
