HVAC System Installation 

The first step is contacting Henry Mechanical and talking to one of our customer service experts. We listen to your needs, answer your questions, and get an in-person evaluation scheduled so we can perform an onsite assessment and cost estimate.  

One of our experienced field supervisors will perform an onsite full load calculation of your home to determine which system would best suit your needs. We’ll consider the best equipment, your budget, home, and lifestyle. Upon completion of the calculation, you’ll receive a detailed quote that doesn’t change. 

Upon approval of the quote we’ll schedule a project manager to come onsite and verify our comfort advisor’s design recommendations. This is an extra layer of accountability that ensures you’re getting everything you need to meet your requirements.

After the design is verified you’ll schedule an installation for a day and time that works best for your schedule. Our team of expert technicians install and test your equipment to ensure optimal performance and walk you through everything you need to know about your new HVAC system. 

Upon completion of your HVAC system installation our quality control technicians will make sure your unit is running to manufacture specifications. Then, Archon, a third-party company will reach out to schedule all your Title 24, refrigerant test, and final building inspection. After our in-house inspection.
