Henry Mechanical has invested in state-of-the-art sheet metal forming equipment to fabricate our own HVAC ducting, flashing, and other architectural sheet metals. We offer the same custom sheet metal fabrication to homeowners and businesses in need of sheet metal for heating and air systems. Our sheet metal fabrication facility can handle a variety of metals including copper, galvanized and stainless steel, zinc, anodized aluminum, and lead.

We use the Turbo bender when we’re fabricating roof capping and flashing. It allows us to reproduce the same product with extreme precision. If the material thickness changes the machine self-adjusts in less than five seconds, and the CNC back gauging system positions the part to any dimension within the standard backstop for an accurate product every time.

Plasma Table
We use the plasma table to fabricate all of our HVAC duct fittings, grilles, gutters, and roof capping with precision accuracy. We’re able to use this machine to make custom cutouts with a wide variety of types of metals and thicknesses to meet your unique needs.
In addition to our automated equipment, our shop has all of the standard equipment a sheet metal shop should have such as Power shear, spot welder, rollers, flanging machine, hand brake, Pittsburg and Snaplock machines, duct lining station, and soldering station.
