Joe Henry began his career in the trades in 1992, working as an apprentice helper for his father while still in high school and college. He went on to complete a four-year apprenticeship program while working full-time as an installer and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Sacramento State University. Over the years, he advanced into management and, in 2005, became the owner of the company. With more than 33 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Joe now helps oversee day-to-day operations with his management team. He’s passionate about helping customers and contractors design smart, effective HVAC solutions—and just as committed to fostering the professional and personal growth of his employees. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, mountain biking, and golfing with his son.
Kaylee has been with Henry Mechanical for 3 years, managing our call center operations while also supporting marketing efforts. She loves camaraderie with her coworkers and the chance to connect with our customers. Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys shopping and spending time with family, friends, and her dog.
Bailey joined Henry Mechanical 2 years ago and plays a vital role in booking service calls and coordinating benefits for our Club Members. She enjoys the positive work environment and the supportive company culture. When she’s not at work, Bailey can be found raising her three kids and tending to her growing collection of propagated plants.
Dillon has been with Henry Mechanical since September 2017 and oversees our commercial and custom homes division—managing the chaos with expertise and confidence. With a background in specialty contracting, he values the trust placed in him to make impactful decisions that benefit both our employees and clients. Dillon is a Navy veteran, an avid golfer, and a proud dog dad.
Leo has been with Henry Mechanical for 19 years and brings over 30 years of experience to his role. He specializes in custom homes, exposed ductwork, and commercial HVAC work. Leo takes pride in the long-standing respect he’s earned through his commitment to quality and family values. In his free time, he enjoys saltwater fishing and cheering on his kids at their sporting event
Sara has been a valued member of the Henry Mechanical team for 3 years. She plays a key role in dispatching service, new construction, and sales calls, helping keep operations running smoothly. Her favorite part of working at Henry is the supportive and engaging culture. When she’s off the clock, Sara enjoys spending time with her cats and watching murder documentaries.
With 40 years of experience in the electrical field, Jim joined Henry Mechanical 2 years ago as our Electrical Manager. He’s excited to help grow this department and bring his expertise to the team. Jim is enthusiastic about being part of a company focused on quality and growth.
Maria has been a valued member of the Henry Mechanical team for 2 years, serving as our Residential Install Coordinator and Electrical Dispatcher. She plays an important role in supporting daily operations by coordinating installation schedules, dispatching electrical calls, and helping ensure projects stay on track.
