The team from Henry Mechanical installed a heat pump system for our entire house. The system replaces the gas furnace and the air conditioner we had previously. The project took 2 days and the workers were amazing! They were quiet, clean, and professional throughout. The project manager, specified the job perfectly and the heat pump is already heating the house beautifully. We are super excited to be going solar and using the heat pump to heat and cool our home efficiently and cost effectively!!A year later, a service rep named Bianca came by to do a maintenance check. Still the same great company, but Bianca was totally amazing! She performed all the maintenance checks, added a new filter, and went above and beyond to answer lots of our questions about eco-friendly devices and services like a water heater heat pump. Since she couldn't answer everything, she arranged for an expert from Henry Mechical to come out the following day, because she really cares about her customers. I wish there were more service reps like Bianca in the world!In 2024, we asked Henry Mechanical to move the heat pump to a location that would not be adjacent to the house In hopes of diminishin the already minimal noise. Kyle and his partner Ilya, worked tirelessly the entire day, into the early evening, to remove and relocate the pump to an outdoor enclosure at the side of the house. Their work was beyond expectations and we can no longer hear the pump at all! Thanks again to Henry Mechanical for hiring brilliant, professional and mannerly workers who really know their trades!

Bianca was great. She was personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. She obviously enjoys her work.

Technician was on time. He.took the time to diagnose the problem, then explained to me what needed to be done..Completed the repairs quickly . Charge was extremely reasonable. I am very pleased.

Henry Mechanical Sales Rep Ben, was on time, extremely knowledgeable about our HVAC issues in our home! Ben not only quoted a new system but took the time understand what our problems are and made detailed recommendations on how our system needs to be designed to solve our cooling issues. He actually cared about what our HVAC issues are! He also brought a service Technician with him named Barry. Barry answered all my service questions, service after hours availability and parts availability questions. He talked about service contracts and hours of operation in the service department at Henry Mechanical. These two representatives of Henry Mechanical were very Professional and went beyond what was expected! Great job!
