HVAC Service Technician Job in Windsor, CA

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

Overview: We’re looking for a skilled, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you have 5 or more years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems and want to be rewarded for your expertise and results, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)

• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and service options

• Recommend and upsell solutions when appropriate (with commission opportunities)

• Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years HVAC service experience (EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus)

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
